Our Cultural Integration Workshops are designed to help refugees and homeless individuals understand and navigate the Dutch work culture effectively. Through interactive sessions, participants explore workplace etiquette, social dynamics, and the values that characterize the Dutch professional environment. These workshops provide practical tools to foster successful interactions in various work settings. By promoting cultural awareness and sensitivity, we aim to ease the transition into the workforce for newcomers. Ultimately, our goal is to empower individuals to confidently engage with their colleagues and contribute positively to their workplaces.
